The World Economic Forum's "Future of Jobs Report 2025" reveals a major opportunity: 78 million jobs by 2030 thanks to societal, technological and economic developments. However, this opportunity hides a complex reality: 170 million jobs will be created mainly in the digital sector, while 92 million will be lost due to automation and AI.

How can we anticipate and manage this evolution without being subjected to it? Should we rely on public authorities or on our own initiatives?

The WEF report highlights the fact that the skills gap remains the biggest obstacle to business transformation. Nearly 40% of the skills required in the workplace are set to change, and 63% of employers cite this shortfall as the main obstacle.
