KAIROS 2030, ESSCA's ambitious new strategic plan
Focusing on quality for the satisfaction of students and economic players.
Today, with 10 campuses in France, China, Spain, Hungary and Luxembourg, ESSCA is embarking on a new phase in its development, focused on consolidating its multi-campus structure and reinforcing innovation and quality at all levels to serve students and businesses.
A new strategic plan, entitled KAIROS 2030, has been drawn up as part of a collegial approach involving all ESSCA stakeholders.
This name, derived from ancient Greek, designates the decisive moment when the conditions are ripe for action. It embodies ESSCA's determination to anticipate the world's evolutions and seize opportunities in a context marked by profound technological, geopolitical, ecological, economic and societal changes.
ESSCA reaffirms with conviction its commitment to offering one of the best working, research and learning environments in Europe by 2030.
To achieve this, we place agility, the quality of our training, the student experience and the impact of our research at the heart of our project.
The KAIROS 2030 plan is built around 4 pillars:
- Innovation in programs, research and pedagogy
- Internationalization
- Organizational efficiency
- Institutional influence and employer brand
With KAIROS 2030, ESSCA will confirm its stature as an international, innovative, open and responsible business school - faithful to humanist values while looking to the future to serve society in general and businesses in particular.
