Impact ESSCA: an innovative project for the integration week of 1A students

🎉 5 years of commitment, 1,600 students mobilized, 6 campuses involved: IMPACT ESSCA, a back-to-school program like no other!

For the 5th consecutive year, more than 1,600 first-year students from the Grande École Program and the Bachelor in International Management are back in school together, on ESSCA's 6 French campuses.

This year, the integration program has been renamed IMPACT ESSCA.

🎯Objective: combining pedagogy and solidarity

In partnership with local social structures (IME, FAM, CHRS...), students design and build useful furniture or outdoor facilities while discovering the fundamentals of project management, collaboration and social responsibility.

This immersive, human and committed experience is perfectly in line with the KAIROS 2030 strategic plan, which places the student experience and societal impact at the heart of the company's priorities.
