Dear alumni

At the beginning of September, as every year, the Financial Times publishes its worldwide ranking of the best management programs, including both Masters in Management and Masters of Science.

I'm delighted to announce that ESSCA has moved up 12 places in the 2025 ranking to 68th position. This is a great recognition for our Grande École program, which has been included in this ranking for 10 years now.

A demanding and selective prize list

To be classified, a school must meet several criteria:

  • Be AACSB or EQUIS accredited to be eligible to participate,
  • Provide accurate data via an institutional questionnaire,
  • Obtain a sufficient response rate (at least 20%) from graduates of the Grande École program - this year, the class of 2022 was invited to participate.

The ranking is based on 19 criteria, including 8 directly derived from graduates' responses, accounting for 56% of the final score. Among these, salary three years after graduation remains a key indicator, accounting for 15% of the final score. This year, our graduates who responded (21% - rate of respondents) declared an increase in income of 4.55% compared to the previous graduating class.

Strong international and CSR signals

Several indicators testify to our strategic progress:

  • 7th place (+24 places) in the ESG and Net Zero Teaching Rank and 38th place (+31 places) in the Carbon Footprint Rank, underlining our growing commitment to sustainable development and corporate social responsibility,
  • 23rd place (+1 place) on the International Course Experience criterion, reflecting the rich international experience offered to our students during their studies.

Enhanced visibility

Finally, in the section dedicated to Masters in Management, ESSCA is highlighted through several testimonials in two articles:

In 2026, the PGE class of 2023 will in turn be asked to take part in the ranking, starting in April. If you have contact with any of our graduates, please don't hesitate to talk to them about the subject.

These results are the fruit of everyone's commitment, and I'd like to thank you all for your ongoing dedication to the excellence and renown of our school.
