The art of management inspired by music / Introduction to Nudge Music Management,

ESSCA Alumni brings you a new original webinar hosted by Fréderic Parmentier (class of 90)

"Theart of management inspired by music".

Tuesday October 3, from 12:30 to 1:30 pm

Looking for innovative ideas to support your managerial transformation? Are QWL, commitment, brand identity, employer brand and corporate culture at the heart of your strategy?

No matter how frivolous it may seem, musical performance will be one of tomorrow's tools for collective performance within the framework of benevolent management.

This workshop provides an introduction to this new discipline:

  • Music and well-being
  • Notions of Nudge Music Management (social norms, commitment, emotion management, discussion of musical rituals)
  • Focus on musical performance in retail
  • Music as a corporate performance tool: sound identity, corporate anthems, playlists, sound merchandising, team-building

Frédéric Parmentier, class of 1990, founded MaZic, a pioneer in Nudge Music Management consulting, with a dual passion for music and management.

After a career in retail (head of Swiss subsidiaries), he now puts his skills at the service of customer and employee experience.

Musician, author and composer, he produced his1st album in 2014, "Machine humaine".

Enriched by his knowledge of neuroscience and behavioral economics, he sets to music, in a "high fidelity" spirit, the conditions of a work environment that is as conducive to performance as it is to well-being. performance, well-being and innovation, and thus aims to contribute to a new art of social interaction in a convivial form that is so necessary today.

With his vocation to transmit and create, Frédéric Parmentier now teaches the discipline he created in business schools, and supports companies in their engagement strategy, QVCT and brand sound identity.
