CANCELLED - YOUNG DIPLOMAS Seminar "Give meaning to my career
Young graduates, in work or looking for a job, who want to give meaning to their professional project!
As they prepare to enter the job market, young graduates need a variety of reference points to help them make informed choices. In addition to knowledge of the professional world, companies and trades, the ability to give meaning to their early career path, taking into account their own strengths and motivations, will be key to the solidity of their professional project.
General workshop objective :
- take a step back and define the foundations of your professional project
- discover a tool to enhance self-knowledge
- identify the skills acquired through experience
- build a coherent understanding of your professional project
Course :
- Presentation of the Primaveras approach
- Collective in situ application
- Enhance your skills in community or professional life" workshop
- Assessment and action plan for further professional development
Pedagogy :
- Lively and fun, it puts everyone in action and relies on the collective to create exchange, broaden your thinking with another angle of view, and open up to new possibilities.
- Activity based on ADVP (*) generates creative thinking, opens up the field of possibilities and breaks away from traditional questioning that can be
limiting
(*) ADVP : Activation du Développement Vocationnel et Personnel, a model method developed in Quebec and deployed in France for the past 30 years, which structures career guidance the progressive acquisition of autonomy by the beneficiary in his or her job search and the construction of his or her career project.
This workshop is reserved for recent graduates from the classes of 2015 to 2018. Another workshop is scheduled for April 18 for all alumni.
The Primaveras Network supports graduates who want to play an active role in their professional life, give it meaning, and who are questioning themselves or choosing to make a professional reorientation, whether they are at the start of their career or experienced.
