Sophie Degroote invites you to spend 40 minutes together to take a break, breathe and learn more about this method.

40 minutes, just for you, an easy luxury within easy reach!

Sophrology, through the mind and body, improves well-being for everyone

It's a mind-body method designed to find and maintain a balance between body and mind. It includes various techniques such as yoga, meditation, relaxation, visualization, breathing and Zen.

A session can be enjoyed sitting or standing, without any special equipment.

Today, Sophrology has proven its effectiveness in :
