ESSCA au Féminin / Webinar "Gender equality: where do companies stand?

Gender equality: where do companies stand? What concrete actions can be taken?
Hosted by Sidonie JADOT Class of 2004 (Founder Les Clés)

📆 Online meeting Tuesday March 14 at 12:30pm

Mixed-gender companies deliver superior business performance, with higher employee engagement and retention rates. For companies with over 1,000 employees, the Rixain law requires 30% women in management positions by 2026. In 2029, this quota will rise to 40%. At a time when only 13% of management positions are held by women, gender diversity is becoming an imperative.

How can you accelerate the gender mix in your teams? How can you make it an asset?

We interviewed 100 people (HRDs, HRMs, diversity and inclusion managers, and employees) to find out how far companies have come, what solutions have been put in place, and what support employees need.

During this webinar, we'll give you the highlights of the study, best practices for deploying gender diversity, and above all: concrete solutions to implement!
