Come and discover "Les Mille Pas", the women's career game created by BEJOUE.

BEJOUE designs playful experiences to create links, involve employees, attract talent and reveal the strengths of companies and the people who make them.

This workshop will be led by Coralie Franiatte (class of 2008) co-founder of Bejoue and the game LES MILLE PAS , with Quitterie Chadefaux (class of 2005).

Les Mille Pas" is a fun way of discovering a woman's professional career in 8 categories: maternity, recruitment, stereotypes, work/life balance, money, power, sexism, self-esteem...

In this awareness-raising workshop open to all, you'll take on the role of women in their professional lives... between pitfalls and solutions!

This game was created thanks to the testimonies of 700 women interviewed in 2020 about the obstacles and gas pedals they encountered during their professional careers. They also shared their solutions for overcoming these inequalities. Les Mille pas is a reflection of these testimonials. Thanks to all of them!
