Introduction to Benevolent Management" workshop
Very much in vogue at the moment, benevolent managementis too often understood as a simple injunction to be kind. Far from this vision, it is a method of positive team management that creates value for the company and its shareholders. It is also a means of achieving objectives while reducing the risks associated with CSR (burnouts, depression, etc.).
Often more effective than a traditional pressure-based approach, benevolent management is part of a precise framework and requires managers to know how to apply it.
Topics covered:
communication cycle, benevolence, reporting, feedback, Corporate Identity, positive communication, systemics, solution orientation, psychosocial risks, etc...
The presentation will be punctuated by a number of exercises, and will conclude with a question-and-answer session.
Hosted by Grégoire de Lasteyrie (class of 2000), trainer, coach and consultant.
