Come and take part in a workshop on the 4 preconceived ideas you need to sweep aside to change your career path.

Faced with a changing professional environment, the quest for meaning has become an inescapable part of our career reflections, whether we're at the start of our professional lives or experienced. It often provokes a phase of vagueness and intense questioning: "What is meaningful to me? " and "what happens if I go off track?

Faced with all these unknowns, we may find that preconceived ideas quickly creep into our thinking, and can limit us in the development of our change project, or even lead us to abandon it. How about identifying them?

General workshop objective:

• enable participants to explore and confront their preconceived ideas and perceptions
• leave with the keys/guidelines needed to gain peace of mind when considering a change of career path

Pedagogy :

- Lively and fun, it puts everyone in action and relies on the collective to create exchange, broaden thinking from another angle, and open up to new possibilities.

- The activity based on ADVP (*) generates creative thinking, opens up the field of possibilities and breaks away from traditional questioning that may be
limiting
