Extraordinary General Meeting 2019

Stanislas de Gastines, President, and the Board of Directors of the ESSCA Alumni Association are pleased to invite the association's active members (graduates up to date with their "life" or "annual" membership fees) to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting. up to date with their "lifetime" or "annual" membership fees ) to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting on July 10 at 6:30 pm at ESSCA Angers.

This second convocation follows the absence of a quorum at the first EGM, which was to be held following the Ordinary General Meeting on June 6 in Paris.

The AGM will close with a convivial aperitif.

Agenda

1) Amendment to the Articles of Association

• Change of name (take our new working name - ESSCA Alumni) as the name of our association.
• Change of closing date (from a calendar year to a financial year from 1/09 to 31/08, in line with our new funding rhythm).
• Change in the duration of certain mandates (directors / officers / Chairman).
  
  

2) ESSCA Foundation

• Validation of the very principle of its creation and its status under aegis
• Validation of the scope of its founding members
• Validation of the amount of the initial expendable endowment required for its creation
