Mode d'emploi des relations avec le réseau

Network relations instructions

The network helps alumni stay in touch with one another and creates a supportive professional community. It offers invaluable opportunities for networking, exchanging experiences and helping each other, thus fostering career advancement and the development of joint projects.

What is forbidden?

Our directories and files are the main assets of the ESSCA Alumni network, and we must all act to preserve them.

Thus, if the data can be used in a commercial approach (this is one of the traditional uses of directories), this use must be limited to an ultra-targeted approach of your prospective contacts and in a One-to-One perspective. It is therefore FORBIDDEN to :

  • Perform mass extractions of this data and implement them in another database system.
  • Carry out mass mailings based on this data.
  • Transfer its ESSCA Alumni codes and identifiers to a third party (natural or legal person) for use by the latter in any way whatsoever and for any purpose whatsoever.
  • Carry out commercial canvassing on behalf of and for the benefit of third parties.

Failure to comply with these prohibitions will result in the permanent exclusion of the offender from the ESSCA Alumni network, without compensation or reimbursement of any membership fees paid (including "lifetime membership").
