Restartcampus

The background

Restartcampus was born of an observation: many employees are lost in successive reorganizations, the paradoxical injunctions of management, stated values that are not embodied, and sometimes question their role and place in the professional world.

This questioning can lead them to get bogged down: loss of clarity on objectives, multiple constraints that hamper reflection, difficulty in finding time for themselves to reflect on the issue... all of which ends up in burn-outs, brown-outs, sometimes bore-outs.

The challenge is to rediscover a sense of direction, and identify the resources needed to reconnect with one's desires, and sometimes even one's dreams.

Restartcampus is a Qualiopi-certified training organization - Actions de Formation et Bilans de Compétences.

Restartcampus was created to help individuals rediscover meaning, clarity and energy to take action in their next professional step.

We offer 3 types of support:

  • Restartweekend training: a 3-day residential week-end to develop a first version of your project, followed by 5 online sessions to move forward and help each other implement it, over a total period of 4 months.
  • The mixed restartkills assessment: the restartweekend + 5 individual online sessions to develop 2 professional projects: 1 main and 1 alternative. Can be covered by the CPF.
  • Individual restartskills skills assessment : 24 hours of 1 to 1 support with our 5 consultants. Can be paid for by the CPF.

In addition to the coaching sessions, webinars dedicated to exploring contemporary career and HR topics are organized with professionals.

Participant profile

Participants in Restartcampus programs have generally experienced profiles, with an average of 22 years' professional experience, and ages ranging from 28 to 64.

Participants include executives, managers, entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and salaried employees.

These professionals find themselves at a point in their careers where they know quite clearly what they no longer want, but are not always quite clear about what would suit them, caught between their financial obligations and their aspirations.

The intention is to enable them to reposition themselves, within the same or another structure, and build the path that will enable them to realize their full potential.

At the heart of coaching: an innovative method

Drawing on the latest methods in collective intelligence, coaching, consulting and training, restartcampus accompaniments are designed to help you evolve rapidly in your thinking and in your transition to action.

The results

  • 71% of participants chose to return to the same organization.
  • 24% partially retrained (new job or new organization)
  • 5% made a total reconversion (new job in a new organization).

In addition to the job changes that generally result from coaching, 100% of participants observe a change in their professional positioning: decision-making capacity, clarity and ability to trigger next career steps, relations with their hierarchical superiors and colleagues...

The founder

Yves-Henri Robillard graduated from ESSCA in 1996.

Aconsultant specializing in business transformation through collective intelligence, he has observed the stalemate in which many company employees find themselves today, with the associated individual and collective consequences.

To respond to this need for meaning, clarity and a way out of professional discomfort, he created the Genius Transition program in 2020.In 2023, he and a team of trainers transformed it into a restartcampus, to extend the scope of the support offered.
