The last few years have profoundly transformed the dynamics of the players in the hotel and restaurant job market. The expectations of Generation Z have catalyzed a paradigm shift in the working environments and conditions offered by establishments.

ESSCA and EHL Hospitality Business School are pleased to unveil their new management course:

Designed to help managers successfully meet the industry's changing challenges, this innovative program offers a comprehensive and dynamic approach to hotel management.

This course is aimed at all senior executives and managers in the hotel and catering sector who wish to initiate or support a transformation of managerial practices to adapt to the new demands of the job market.

Its aim is to develop the managerial skills needed to support transformation within organizations.

The training explores five pillars necessary for this transformation, combining theoretical understanding and practical application in the participants' professional context:

  • Adopting a new managerial posture
  • Mobilizing and managing Generation Z
  • Welcoming diversity as a source of value
  • Re-energizing candidate sourcing
  • Retaining and retaining skills

This course combines face-to-face and distance learning for maximum flexibility.

It takes place over 5 days on ESSCA's Paris campus, and is combined with online co-development workshops.

A 5-week, 40-hour e-learning module will be delivered by the EHL Hospitality Business School on the theme of "Leadership in a Multicultural Environment" (in English).

At the end of the course, participants will receive a joint certification issued by EHL and ESSCA (validating BLOC7 of RNCP title 36352BC07) and an EHL certificate for the online part.

"ESSCA and EHL are joining forces to offer an exceptional educational experience dedicated to the evolution of leadership in the hospitality industry," says Stéphane Haddad, Associate Dean Executive Education Programs, EHL Hospitality Business School. "This program brings a current vision to human capital management in hospitality, providing practical and innovative solutions to the challenges these sectors face."
