Appointments - Arnaud Guillou (07) appointed Group CFO of Samsic
Arnaud Guillou has been appointed Group CFO for the Breton group Samsic.
He joins the Executive Committee and will be responsible for supporting the Group's various subsidiaries (Samsic Facility, HR, Airport) in France and abroad, drawing on the expertise of all his teams: management control, accounting, treasury, consolidation, insurance, audit and internal control, M&A, performance and business law.
Today, the Samsic Group is one of Europe's leading providers of integrated business services.
Founded in 1986, it has sales of €3.65 billion and a total workforce of 125,000 in France and abroad.
After graduating from ESSCA in 2002, Arnaud Guillou began his career in France - with PWC - and then abroad with CPA & Deloitte in Canada.
Returning to France in September 2018, he headed up M&A at Deloitte for 2 years, before being appointed Partner at Ernst &Young in June 2020.
