This family business was founded in 1932 by Georges Hilliet near Quiberon in Brittany. Headed by Caroline Le Branchu, the company now boasts a network of 87 stores, as well as family know-how handed down through three generations.

With a degree in economics and a diploma from a business school, Caroline Hilliet Le Branchu spent the first eight years of her career with the IBM group as a business engineer, specializing in the distribution sector. Committed to the development of the family business, she joined the company in 2006, working alongside her father to improve the company's various processes.lioration of the company's various processes, integrating and coordinating the entire value chain, before taking over as CEO in 2011.
