Theart of Management inspired by music
Tuesday June 1st from 1 pm to 2 pm
Looking for innovative ideas to support your managerial transformation? Are QWL, commitment, employer brand and corporate culture at the heart of your strategy?
No matter how useful it may seem, musical performance will be one of tomorrow's tools for collective performance within the framework of benevolent management.
This interactive workshop offers an introduction to this new discipline:
- Societal context (impact of the crisis on well-being, and on the economy)
- Notions of Nudge
- The role of music in the working environment (emotions, universal language, harmony and creativity)
- Discuss your musical rituals at work
- Music in the zeitgeist
- Musical KPIs...
Please note: places are limited to 15 due to the interactive aspect of the workshop.

Frédéric Parmentier, class of 1990, founded MaZic, a pioneer in Nudge Music Management consulting, with a dual passion as a musician and manager (head of retail subsidiaries).
