Everyone hasheard of Quiet Quitting ! This phenomenon, which appeared on the American social network TikTok in 2022, brings together a number of working people who have decided to do the bare minimum at work.

54% of French people consider work to be more of a constraint than a source of fulfillment.
37% of French people surveyed said they were concerned by this form of" silent resignation", while 45% said they were doing "just what it takes".
33% of employees would like to change jobs.
