Perrine Soulier is a consultant, speaker and trainer specializing in AI applied to Human Resources.
With over 22 years' experience as a HR Director (formerly HR Director of the Customer Relations subsidiary of the ILIAD/Free Group, where she managed over 4,000 employees in 9 French entities), she founded My Digital RH in 2023 to combine HR and technological innovation.
Passionate about generative artificial intelligence, she has developed expertise combining operational HR mastery, in-depth knowledge of French labor law and advanced AI skills. She has created over 80 specialized HR AI assistants and regularly runs training courses on the secure integration of AI into HR processes.
